We were not happy with this apartment. It was dark and dingy. Bedrooms looked nothing like the pictures online. There were no household items. We had to go out and buy everything ourselves. It was hot and beds were uncomfortable. Would not want at here again

Great location for Ironman 70.3 but too expensive

Despite the price, this is not a luxury apartment. The kitchen is new and well-equipped but the quality of some of that equipment is cheap and the layout isn't great if you're using the oven. The shower is badly designed and, unless you lay a towel across the bottom of the door, floods the bathroom. The bedrooms are basic. The beds are comfy but none have headboards. The bedding was clean but the duvet covers were old and worn with split seams. We were in Mallorca to do the Ironman 70.3. The location is great for this event.

Insgesamt tolle Wohnung, sauber und alles da was man für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern braucht. Die Matratze des Doppelbettes ist leider durchgelegen, weshalb es sich schlecht schläft. Mückenschutz an den Fenstern wäre ein Verbesserungsvorschlag, da es sehr viele Mücken in der Wohnung gab.

You are paying too much for this property

The condition of the property is poor. The kitchen is old and in bad condition (doors are damaged, the handles are loose), the douche leaks and floods the rest of the bathroom, it has humidity stains, the small sofa in the living room is in such a bad condition that I didn't want my daughter to sit on it. The bedrooms are dark and have insufficient lighting. I complained to the manager but they did not do much. After three days he dropped by to replace one of the bulbs. I think that an owner who rents this property for such a price does not show much respect for his guests.
