This charming and modern villa is located in Alcanada, a few minutes by car from Puerto de Alcudia. The area offers some good restaurants, the best golf course in Mallorca, a small beach and bathing in the rocks and a small park for the youngest members of the family. The pool is located in front of the villa and has sun loungers and umbrellas for a relaxing holiday. The bright living room is impeccably furnished with spacious and comfortable sofas, a large television and a living table with chairs, which has impressive views of the sea and Alcudia bay. In front of the property is the beach with crystal-clear waters. The modern and elegant kitchen is fully equipped. The villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room with large windows with privileged views. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one double with an en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom. On the second floor is another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is private parking in the same building. In the spacious garage, we have a place to store bicycles. It also has fibre optic with high-speed internet to be able to telework.
