Fantastic town house located in the coastal area of Puerto de Alcudia. It is perfect for 6 guests who really enjoy the beach, which is only 170 metres away.
The beautiful and nice exterior area offers a fantastic feeling of peace thanks to the two great terraces -which are very well furnished either to have breakfast in the morning or for a delicious dinner outdoors in the evening-, and to the little lawn area with trees where you will be able to bask in the sun. There is also an exterior bathroom with shower for your comfort.

The one-storey house presents a renewed style, based on a wonderful simplicity and comfort that will make you have a great stay in the island. When you enter, you find the living - dining room in the same space. This is the perfect place to relax all together watching a DVD film or the satellite TV channels, or to enjoy family meals with the AC while it is hot outside. The kitchen, which can also be accessed from one of the little terraces, is pure comfort. It offers a gas stove, large countertops, oven and a table with two chairs to enjoy a tea or a coffee. The accommodation comes with one shower bathroom and a toilet as well as three bedrooms with a closet each. An AC unit at the corridor will refresh the bedrooms. Two of them offer a double bed each and the last one has two twin beds. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. The house also offers a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Finally, the owner of the house are committed to the environment and that's why the house works with solar pannels.

A short 2 minutes walk leads you to the paradisaical beach in Puerto de Alcudia. The crystalline and shallow waters, the extensive white and fine sand and the soft surf make this beach perfect for families with children or water sport lovers. The restaurants by the seashore invite to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and admire the amazing sunset. You will find all needed services, specially in the summer. The town of Alcudia, specially the town centre, is a must visit where you will meet the Medieval wall and streets.

Casa espaciosa en perfecta ubicacion para una estadía relajada en Port d'Alcudia

La casa esta super bien ubicada. Dormimos en camas cómodas. Cocina pequenna pero bien organisada y limpia. La playa cercana es muy buena. Se puede caminar a todos lados y hay un bar muy amigable en la esquina. Perfecto para familia con integrantes de todas las edades La verdad que estaba genial.

Betrug bei Kaution

Eigentlich hat uns die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen hat, vor allem die Lage. Leider kam das böse Ende am Schluss als uns unsere Kaution nicht vollständig zurückerstattet wurde mit der Behauptung, wir hätten Sachen beschädigt, die wir gar nicht beschädigt hatten. Es ist unverschämt sich seine marode Steinmauer von seinen Feriengästen zu finanzieren.

Excelente ubicación y fácil acceso. Queda a 2 cuadras caminando a la playa de Alcudia y es posible estacionar en la calle. La comunicación es a través de una empresa, por lo que hay restricción en los horarios de respuesta. Dentro de la casa hay 1 baño completo y otro medio baño (escusado y lavamanos). Fuera de la casa existe otro baño completo. La casa es pareada (semidetaeched).
