A great place to stay

A great place to stay and explore Alcúdia and surrounding areas. The apartment is spacious and very well furnished, just what you need after a long hot day at the beachexploring the old Roman town of Pollentia. Jesus and his family are excellent hosts, they even left a welcome pack of food and drink on our arrival in the spotless apartment.

We had a great stay in the apartment in alcudia. the flat is nice and clean,had a nice terrace and the hosts are very friendly. location is super, the area is very calm but central. with all the extra costs of electricity and so on, it's though extensive. but we wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Everything was perfect

Great location in the middle of Alcudia old town, just a few steps away from restaurants, bars and food market. The location is very convenient: 5 min drive to a wonderful beach ( we liked the one in Mal Pas very much), in the evening you can visit Alcudia with its wonderful restaurants. Everything was perfect: super kitchen, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and a cosy terrasse. We can recommend the place! 💯💯💯

This is a beautiful, spacious, and well equipped home

This is a beautiful, spacious, and well equipped home in a lovely part of the old city of Alcudia. The kitchen is very well equipped, and beach umbrellas were provided. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and transit are all in walking distance. Three different beaches were within 25-35 minutes walking distance. Host was very friendly. The only issue was slow internet— streaming on Netflix worked for some reason, but video calls and other downloads were slow. We would stay here again!

Excellente adresse dans la vieille ville piétonne, entourée de remparts. Plusieurs parking extérieurs à la vielle ville (dont un "un peu caché" et jamais complet: av. Corral d'en Bennàssar) à moins de 5 minutes à pied du logement.

Wir waren eine Mädelsgruppe mit 5 Personen. Die Wohnung war sehr groß, sauber und sehr gut aufgeteilt mit einer schönen Terrasse. Besonders nett fanden wir die zusätzlichen Strandtücher. Wir lieben die Altstadt von Alcúdia und den Strand. Empfehlenswert ist ein Mietwagen , um zu den Stränden oder Palma zu fahren. Es gibt genug kostenlose Parkplätze unmittelbar in der Nähe. Unsere Kommunikation war problemlos und sehr nett.Also wir können es sehr empfehlen. Liebe Grüße

Casa per 5 persone in una posizione fantastica, in centro ad Alcudia con parcheggio a 2 minuti a piedi. Locale ristrutturato e molto attrezzato, bel terrazzino. Bagno con doccia bello grande e bagnetto solo wc un po' piccolo, unica pecca i bagni non sono finestrati e non sono provvisti di aspiratore.

Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa aveva tutto ciò di cui avevi bisogno. Unica cosa magari è stata l'aria condizionata che non si può accendere in ogni singola stanza ma è centralizzata e quindi bisogna aspettare per raffreddare la casa.
