Welcome to this cosy and spacious apartment with 130 m2 and capacity for 6 people located only 50 metres far away from the crystal clear waters of Puerto de Alcudia’s beach. Do not wait too much! This accommodation is ideal for families with children or either groups of friends. It is modern, spacious and has excellent views to the sea. The apartment is located on a first floor. There are three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed. One of them has a small walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with bath. The third one has a truckle bed for 2 people. All bedrooms do have windows facing outside and air conditioning. Apart from the en suite bathroom there is another bathroom with shower. Kitchen, living and dining room are in the same space. There are two comfortable sofas where you can rest, watch satellite TV or surf the Internet. The dining room area is furnished with a table and seats for 8 people, so that you can get all together and enjoy meals. There is air conditioning in this room too. The kitchen is modern and handy. There is a bar with stools and there is an access to the terrace. It is fitted with everything you could need during your stay: fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, gas stove, electric oven, orange squeezer, blender, kettle and many kitchen utensils such as pots, cutlery, dishes, etc. Obviously there is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Outside the apartment is very nice. There is a private terrace with 32 m2. It has great views to the sea and it is furnished with a table and seats for 6 people. It is the perfect place for summer breakfasts. There is also a communal garden and a terrace where there is a barbecue. The location of the apartment is perfect because everything you might need is very close: pharmacy, shops, supermarket, surgery or bus stop. The frequency of the bus is every 15 minutes towards Can Picafort, Puerto de Pollença and other directions as Palma. In Puerto de Alcudia you will find lots of restaurants with any kind of food, snack bars, clothes shops, souvenirs shops and supermarkets. The biggest one is located on the road towards Alcúdia, near a petrol station. From Puerto de Alcúdia it’s very easy to drive to other beaches that are worth to discover as Playas de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall. In Alcudia you will find lovely bars to stop for a drink. There is a local market in Alcudia on Thursdays and Sundays and the centre of town becomes crowded and lively. Don’t forget to visit the Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheatre.
