Beautiful country house with swimming pool in rural area, very close to the town and the beautiful beaches of Alcúdia and Playa de Muro.



The Finca, about 7000 m2, is in a very quiet rural area. The garden and the outdoor area have abundant vegetation and trees, giving it a pleasant and shady environment, ideal for children to enjoy playing in full contact with nature.

The swimming pool is just in front of the house, it´s spacious and very comfortable, surrounded by a terrace with its sun loungers and the porch.



Inside, the house is comfortable and functional. Downstairs, there is the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need, a small living room . and one bedroom with air condition and a bathroom. Upstairs, there's the master bedroom with air conditioning and a king size bed. Next to it a living room with comfortable sofas. Both rooms have beautiful views of the mountains and the countryside.

There is a small annex attached to the house with a separate entrance through a door located on the same porch in front of the pool. There you will find a small bathroom with a shower.



As points to highlight, the rural and quiet area where it is located, but in turn, the proximity to the town (about 5 - 7 minutes by car). A rental car is necessary and recommended.

High season (from May to October, both included) 2,20 €/adults/night during the first 8 nights. From 9th night, 1,10 €/adult/night.

Low season (from November to April, both included) 0.55 €/adult/night during the first 8 nights. From 9th night, 0.275 €/adult/night.

- - Damage deposit 200 €
