Discover the luxury of living in this spectacular multi-storey flat, located in the vibrant heart of Puerto Alcudia, just a two minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach. Surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops, you won't need to rent a car; everything you desire is on your doorstep.

This flat, recently refurbished and decorated with high quality materials, is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate 6 to 10 people. It enjoys a lovely terrace overlooking the sea and the marina, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Please note that in August, the flat is only available for 6 people.

Layout:

The flat is spread over four floors, offering ideal space for groups and families. On the lower floor, you will find three cosy double bedrooms: two with 160x200 cm beds sharing a bathroom with shower, and a third bedroom with 150x200 cm bed and en-suite bathroom complete with shower.

On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms equipped with double beds (180x200 cm) and two en-suite bathrooms with shower. For your comfort, there is an additional single bedroom with a 90x200 cm bed.

The first floor houses a large and bright open-plan space that includes a modern living room with comfortable furniture, a large sofa for relaxing, TV and Wifi. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and has a dining table perfect for enjoying delicious meals together. There is also a toilet on this floor.

Finally, on the top floor, a cosy and versatile terrace awaits you, ideal for sunbathing, organising a barbecue or simply enjoying the gentle sea breeze that soothes the hot summer days.

This flat is highly recommended for an unforgettable holiday by the sea!

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are not included in the rental price. The cost is 180 €. This does not exempt the guest from their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. Where late check-out is possible, subject to availability, the cost will be 50€ until 13:00 and 90€ until 16:00.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is 25,00 €/night.

Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
