The country house "Brisa de Mar" is beautifully and quietly situated in the middle of a 20,000 large property, surrounded by a well-kept garden and has spacious exposed terraces with shady pergolas. There is the pool with non-chlorinated water equipped with the latest technology, which is particularly pleasing for our little guests because of the extremely skin and eye-friendly water quality. There are four deck chairs by the pool. The terraces are fully equipped with an outdoor sofa set and a terrace table with seating for up to six people. On the ground floor are the entrance area, the spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, and the living and dining room. There is also a shower room with toilet. A modern iron staircase leads to the first floor of the house. Here are the two modern bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them in a suite.

Estate - Pollensa - Beach - TV - WiFi: From the upper floor of the house you can see the Bay of Pollensa, just a few minutes' drive away. The property offers rest and relaxation, yet the proximity to Pollensa offers the opportunity to plunge into the hustle and bustle of the village's lively village. The city of Alcudia is also easy to reach from the house.

Beach lovers don't have far either. The beaches of Port de Pollença (port of Pollensa) and Cala de Sant Vicenç (Bay of Pollensa) are only about 6 km and 9 km respectively, the beach of Formentor about 20 km, and also the beaches of Alcudia and Playa de Muro can be reached in just a few minutes by car.

And if you want to stay up to date even on vacation: the finca has satellite TV (Astra) and wireless internet connection WLAN.

Terraces, pool & BBQ for cozy barbecues: The best thing about the houses in the south is the fact that you can spend hours outdoors. Is there anything better than starting the day with a breakfast on the terrace, basking in the sun or in the shade during the day, then ending the day with a glass of wine after a refreshing shower with a cozy barbecue. The spacious terrace is perfect for this. And on one of the many mild summer nights you have the opportunity to look at the Mallorcan starry sky. A highlight of the 'Brisa de Mar' is the large pool, which with its 12 meters length enables unique lane swimming. The outdoor grill is very practical in this country house in the garden / terrace area and near the kitchen, which can be accessed directly from the terrace. There is also direct access to the terrace from the living room.

The finca 'Brisa de Mar' - estate and house: A very nicely laid out access road leads to the house. Parking for several cars is available. A massive wooden door leads into the entrance area of the house, here is the dining room with a large modern table and seating for up to 6 people. Then the living room with two comfortable sofas, a large sliding glass door offers access to the terrace. To the right of the entrance area is the fully equipped kitchen. A glass door leads from the kitchen to the large terrace, the outdoor grill is very conveniently located just around the corner from the kitchen. In the entrance area there is still a guest toilet with shower. From here, a modern iron staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a French bed (160 x 200 cm), nicely modern furnishings, a large modern closet is available. The bathroom is in a suite and is fully equipped with a bathtub, shower attachment in the bathtub, hygienic glass partition, sink with storage space and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 beds of 90 x 200 cm), also modern, with a large wardrobe. From all rooms you have a wonderful view of the rural surroundings up to the bay of Pollensa. There is always a pleasant wind here, even on hot sunny days, our 'Brisa de Mar' is a newly built finca, tastefully decorated, modern, bright and in a fantastic location.
