Charming Majorcan estate just a few steps from the old town of Alcúdia, located just 500 metres from the charming old town of Alcúdia, this beautiful traditional Majorcan stone estate perfectly combines historic charm with all modern comforts.
The property preserves the essence of the original Majorcan style, reflected in its carefully selected architecture and furnishings. On the main floor you will find a cosy bedroom with two single beds, a warm living room with sofa and television, a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom. From the living room, you access the upper floor where two additional bedrooms are located, ideal for families or groups of friends.
The exterior is a genuine oasis: an extensive plot surrounded by nature, with a private swimming pool (it is a removable hard plastic pool) and a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying an outdoor meal. It is an ideal space for families with children.
A short distance away is Alcúdia, one of the most complete destinations on the island. Its impressive historic centre, surrounded by perfectly preserved medieval walls, invites you to lose yourself among charming streets, lively squares and an authentically Majorcan atmosphere. In the Port d'Alcúdia area, you can enjoy an extensive beach of white sand and crystal-clear waters, ideal for relaxing in the sun or practising water sports. Furthermore, its lively seafront promenade offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, shops and all the necessary services for comfortable and complete holidays. For families, the nearby Hidropark Alcúdia is an excellent entertainment option with water slides and activities for all ages.
Very close by is also the charming Port de Pollença, a place known for its elegant and relaxed atmosphere. Its emblematic Pine Walk borders the sea in a tranquil and picturesque route, perfect for walking at sunset or enjoying dinner by the sea in a serene and welcoming setting.
