Near the beach with fantastic views, pool, WIFI, barbecue, ideal for families and cycling lovers. Due to its proximity to Alcudia and Pollensa with the Traumontana mountain range, Finca Pegasus is the perfect starting point for both cycling and hiking.



Villa Pegasus: this originally restored Mallorcan farmhouse is located at the entrance of Puerto Alcudia and offers you wonderful views over the entire Bay of Pollenca. It has 5 bedrooms (one with a single bed of 90x180cm) and a baby changing table, 3 bathrooms (one in the pool area), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining room and living room. Outside you will find the pool, covered terrace, barbecue area and a bathroom with shower, all with fantastic views of the Bay of Pollenca and the mountainous landscape of Alcudia (Bonaire). For our little guests, we have a clever treehouse and plenty of lawn to offer.



There is plenty of space to store bicycles and tools.

The beautiful sandy beaches of Puerto Pollenca and Puerto Alcudia are 5-10 minutes by car.

Villa Pegasus was hard to find as the address on the pack took us further down the road. Villa Pegasus was lovely but smaller than the images portrayed. Upstairs was damp and although we stayed end of season and had rain and a leak in one bedroom the damp air made our clothes feel damp to put on - only upstairs. Had

Beautiful Villa & Excellent Location

The Villa is in a beautiful spot overlooking Port De Pollença Bay. The Villa was clean and well Equipped great sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was great, not heated so a little chilly out of season. Would be fine in the warmer months. Beautiful views over the bays. 3 horses and a tree house. We loved the outdoor cooking area and barbecue, brand new outdoor toilet and shower room too. Fantastic location between Alcudia close to the family Muro Beach and close to Port De Pollença beach and town. Alcudia old town is just down the road although villa is just off a main road so you need a car to get into either town. Kids loved the Hidro water park also just down the road. Spacious and beautiful villa we would highly recommend. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Lovely traditional style property in relaxing location

A traditional style property in easy walking distance of the fortified and well preserved Roman city of Alcudia and only minutes drive from Porto Pollenca and Porto Alcudia with a range of Majorcan and international restaurants. An easy 45 minutes form Palma Airport and set with the view of the Porto Pollenca Bay to the front and mountains behind...perfect.

Overpriced and photos/details are very misleading!

We stayed in this property in August with my family and were very disappointed with the villa. The photographs that have been taken are very misleading as the villa and pool/garden are much smaller than the photos show. You should also be aware that although the villa states to have 3 bathrooms 1 of the bathrooms is outside of the villa and therefore an outside bathroom! We were also very shocked to find that there is actually only 1 bathroom for the 3 bedrooms upstairs to share and it's an ensuite! In our case we were lucky to be sharing the villa with family but we basically had to go through my children's room every time we wanted the toilet in the middle of the night or a shower - not acceptable in a villa of this price and definitely awkward if you are sharing with friends! The downstairs room is very dark and smells of damp. The kitchen is extremely basic with very cheap cutlery/utensils. Also, be aware that although the images show a photograph of a donkey and a horse the donkey is actually dead (which was difficult to explain to my daughter who is 6!). You should also be aware that although the villa is very well located for Alcudia it is very close to a dual carriageway which is very busy so you can hear cars from the villa - again not ideal for a relaxing stay! You should also be very aware that the property owner tried to charge us extra for electricity usage (and note that means aircondlting, the irrigation system of the garden, lights, the electric gate, fridge etc). So that will be an additional cost to your already overpriced villa?! All in all for this price you can find much nicer villas in Mallorca.

Haus mit tollem Außenbereich und Blick

Das Haus besticht durch die schöne Außenanlage, den Pool und vor allem den irren Blick. Innen ist das Haus echt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es fehlen einige Küchenutensilien, Gläser und Sitzgelegenheit zum Essen, was im Sommer kein Problem ist. Auch muss man sich Gedanken über die Zimmeraufteilung machen, weil das Einzelzimmer über ein Doppelzimmer erreichbar ist, durch das man ins einzige Bad des Obergeschoss kommt. Aber draußen wirklich toll, und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war auch sehr gut. Danke

Es gibt keinen schöneren Ort

Wir kommen nun schon viele Jahre nach Mallorca und haben schon viele tolle Häuser gesehen aber diese Finca übertrifft Alles...ein wundervoller Blick vom ganzen Garten auf die Bucht von Pollensa, kurze Wege zur Altstadt, Strand und Einkaufen....der Checkin Vorgang über die Agentur war super nett und problemlos. Danke Anna das du für alle Fragen immer für uns erreichbar warst:-) Die Hausbesitzer als direkte Nachbarn, super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Bei Ankunft waren viele Dinge wie Spülmittel, Lappen etc. vorhanden und es standen kühle Getränke und Chips bereit. Vielen Dank🍀 Das komplette Haus ist super ausgestattet, teilweise fast neue Möbel und in den Schlafzimmern Klimaanlage. Super praktisch war auch das Badezimmer direkt am Pool. Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub auch zu Corona Zeiten💕Wir kommen wieder👍

Wunderschöne Finca mit einen tolle Ausblick

Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie ( 9 Personen ) einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf der Finca verbracht. Die Betreuung durch Anna von Alcúdia Property und die Besitzer der Finca war super und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool mit der tollen Aussicht bis zum Meer war tagsüber, aber auch abends wirklich schön. Und die Lage der Finca ist auch sehr günstig. Man erreicht in ein paar Minuten Alcúdia oder Pollenca, sowie die schönen Strände in der Nähe. Wir können diese Finca nur empfehlen.

Die Betreuung durch Alcúdia Property war von Beginn an sehr gut Das Haus entspricht komplett der Darstellung im Internet Mit Auto vor Ort ist die Lage sehr gut und die Sicht über die Bucht ist traumhaft Verwirrend war für uns die Kostenaufstellung mit den Vermittlungsgebühren, die sowohl an FeWo als auch zusätzlich an Alcudia Property zu bezahlen sind Aber in allem hat es uns gut gefallen

Toller Urlaub in schöner Finca

Wir waren zwei Wochen zu 9 in der Finca. Alles sauber, sehr freundliche Eigentümer. Einziger Nachteil im kleinen Zimmer mit dem Einzelbett hat es keine Klimaanlage, da wir die Klimaanlagen nur in der Nacht angeschaltet haben war es in dirsem Zimmer recht heiss. Pool, Aussenbereich alles Top, Guter Service nach einer Woche wurden die Betten neu bezogen und wir hatten neue Duschtücher Wir würden wieder Ferien machen in dieser Finca.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir verbrachten im Juni eine Woche mit der ganzen Familie inklusive Tanten und Oma in der Finca Pegasus. Der Ausblick ist unglaublich schön und es gibt genug Platz um sich auch mal aus dem Weg zu gehen. Der Pool ist toll und wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit. Man kann von der Finca aus zu Fuß kaum etwas machen, somit einen Stern Abzug für die Umgebung. Aber mit Autp ist alles super erreichbar. Und bei der wunderschönen Anlage braucht man nicht viel mehr. Wir wurden von Nela super betreut und alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Vielen Dank!

Entspannte Atmosphäre

Nicht allzu weit von Alcudia auf einer kleinen Anhöhe gelegen. Schöner weiter, unverbauter Blick auf die Bergkette von Formentor und die Bucht von Pollenca. Großzügig geschnittene Anlage mit viel Platz für 8 -9 Personen. Eher zweckmäßig, rustikales als luxuriöses Ambiente. Gute Ausstattung mit 3 Badezimmern. Schöne Grillmöglichkeit und netter Aussenbereich für Frühstück und Abendessen. Fürs Einkaufen ist man schon auf das Auto angewiesen. Andererseits ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für schöne Touren in die Berge um Pollenca und Soller.

Belle location très bien située

Une semaine très agréable dans cette propriété très bien située pour visiter différents endroits de l’ile. Magnifique vue sur la côte depuis le jardin! Ayant séjourné dans cette propriété fin avril / début mai nous avons moins profité des extérieurs en raison des températures mais la piscine et le jardin doivent être plus qu’agréable en été !

Tolle Finca mit allem was man braucht für eine entspannte Zeit!

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in den Herbstferien in der Finca verbracht. Wir waren 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder im Alter von 5-8 Jahre). Als Willkommensgruß gab es eine Flasche Prosecco für die Erwachsenen und Süßigkeiten für die Kinder - in Kombination mit super Wetter der richtige Start in einen schönen Urlaub. Tonja und Pedro waren immer erreichbar und haben unsere Fragen beantwortet und uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Die Finca ist verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen (auch wenn Sie relativ nah an der Strasse ist, war es nie störend vom Geräuschpegel). Wir haben von der Austattung nichts vermisst, es gibt genug Handtücher, einen Geschirrspüler und alles was man sonst noch braucht. Die Männer haben den tollen Weber-Grill benutzt für leckeres Essen. Der Pool war das Highlight für die Kinder, sie haben viel Spaß gehabt (was sicher auch an der guten Auswahl an Wasserspielzeug lag ;). Und wenn sie mal nicht aufzufinden waren, haben sie im Baumhaus gespielt oder die Tierwelt auf dem Grundstück erforscht. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Schlafraum unten, der etwas muffig gerochen hat (man muss dazu sagen, dass es in der Vorwoche sehr viel geregnet hat in der Region). Aber das hat den durchweg positiven Gesamteindruck nicht wirklich getrübt. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub in einer schönen Finca, wenn wir mal wieder nach Mallorca kommen werden wir sicher bei Pedro oder Tonja wieder anfragen.

Super Finca - gerne wieder!

In einer schönen Finca hatten wir zu acht eine wunderbare Woche, die viel zu schnell zu Ende ging. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben diverse Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung bekommen. Wir konnten super schlafen, da die Finca ruhig gelegen ist. Die Finca war sauber und hat alles was man auch in einer größeren Gruppe braucht. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!
