Our house "House Ran de Mar" is a modern, comfortable and charming house by the sea, located on the shore of Pollensa Bay, in a quiet area just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful town of Alcudia, where you can enjoy its history, Roman ruins, walls, its artisan market, as well as the extensive Mallorcan gastronomy of its bars and restaurants. The house, recently renovated and completely distributed on a single floor, has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room with air conditioning throughout the house and an excellent terrace with direct access to the beach.

If you want your holidays to be peaceful and unforgettable, "House Ran de Mar" is your house. Come and relax and enjoy with your friends and family.

"House Ran de Mar" is located in a residential area, away from hotels and crowds of people. Most neighbours are residents of Mallorca who spend their holidays with their family. 2 km away is the Alcudia water park where you can spend a fantastic day with family.
