Just in front of the beach in Alcúdia, the spacious holiday home Gemelos impresses guests with its private pool, luxurious interiors and sea view. The holiday home consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms (all with 2 single beds) as well as 4 bathrooms and 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. The expansive private outdoor area includes a garden, a pool and several covered and uncovered furnished terraces and balconies. There is also a stone barbecue in the garden where you can prepare delicious meals to enjoy with your family at the poolside after a day spent admiring the Mediterranean coast. Thanks to the excellent location of the property, numerous shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes are just at 300m while the closest beach, Platja d´Alcúdia, is just in front of the house. The water park of Alcúdia can also be reached in a 8-minute drive (3.6 km) and the city center of Alcúdia with an arena, roman ruins and charming alleys is just a 10 minute-drive (4 km) from the holiday home. The beautiful natural reserve “Parc natural de s’Albufera de Mallorca” is a 6-minute drive (2.7 km) away and the airport of Palma de Mallorca is a 48-minute drive (61 km) from the holiday home. Furthermore, 5km away you will find Golf Aucanada, one of the most beautiful golf courses in Mallorca with 18 holes and the nautical club AlcudiaMar, where you can rent yachts, and the Port of Alcudia, where there are daily boats to the neighbouring island Menorca, are 3.6 km away.

The house is ideal for cyclists, as it is equipped with specific tools for repairing bikes and the garage has enough room for storing bikes. The house features a security alarm system including the garage.



House rules: Due to the local regulation, it is forbidden to disturb the rest and peace of neighbors and pedestrians. Thus, loud noises are not allowed from 11 pm to 10 am. For the same reason, the property is intended for families and quiet groups. Please note that parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund. For the previously mentioned reasons, only guests over 35 years old can check-in.

Excellent family accommodation

On beach, great private pool (a hit with the kids and adults alike), plenty of space 8n the villa for all eleven family members. Everyone wants to come again! However, please buy a new sofa for the ground floor.

Top Lage, großzügiges Haus mit 2 separaten Appartements. Leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht wirklich sauber, mag aber auch an der langen Nichtbelegung durch COVID gelegen haben! Die Ausstattung der Küchen ist eher kostengünstig ausgelegt. Der Zugang zum Strand ist einmalig, wir hatten noch Glück weil das Hotel was auf der Rückseite der Straße liegt, noch zu war! Der Strand ist am Haus relativ schmal und war jetzt zur Sonnenzeit schon gut belegt . Unser Resümee, insgesamt können wir das Haus gut empfehlen, wenn die Ansprüche nicht zu all zu hoch sind.
