Spacious interiors with a large living-dining room with large windows allowing the entry of natural light, also enjoy moments of calm, reading a book or entertainment on the TV in its large and comfortable sofas. Dining table for 8 people where to enjoy outdoor book meals or with family. Kitchen equipped in detail with dishwasher, oven... You will find one of the double rooms with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor and a toilet next to the living-dining room. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and quality equipment for your comfortable rest. On the first floor you will find the rest of the rooms.

Villa was spacious annd clean and the pool are and bbq was perfect for our family holiday. Lovely quiet area only 10 min walk from the beautiful old town. We walked there most nights for something to eat and enjoyed the market days. There was a supermarket there as well which we used. I would recommend a car but we used taxis everywhere. Any issues we had were addressed with no hassle. Transfer we booked were excellent and took any stress away if airport runs. The only thing that would have helped us would have been to have had more activities information such as kyaking/boat trips etc but this is just a suggestion and also perhaps to have been able to have a few food items we could have booked as we arrived late. However the water and drink was very much appreciated. overall we had a fabulous time at the villa xxx

Nice, modern villa near Old Town

We enjoyed our stay in Alcudia. The villa was clean, modern and situated near to a bar and nice area for snorkeling. A 10 minute walk will take you into the Old Town which is beautiful. The Port is a 30 minute walk away but there are plenty of taxis if you don't fancy the distance. Take mosquito repellent... They are a bit of an issue at night!

Fab holiday in a beautiful villa

The villa was lovely and clean and as advertised - within walking distance to lots of restaurants in the old town. The only slight issue was that both the fridges were warm and took a long time to cool down. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Great stay in nice house

We had a couple of nice weeks in the house. It was well located with only a short walk into the old town with great restaurants. The house was big and it was great with several bathrooms and with AC in every room. It was also convenient that we could drive the rental car into the garage when we wanted to unload food and drinks after shopping. The patio and the pool were nice and there were plenty of sunbeds. The only thing that was a little negative was the kitchen. It was not that big and not adapted to a house for 8 people. A small dishwasher for such a big house and we had to buy a couple of cutting boards because there was only one when we arrived. But otherwise our stay in the house was great and we can recommend it!
