With 180 m² and capacity for up to 6 people, the villa is distributed across three levels:



On the upper floor: a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.



On the ground floor: two bedrooms with single beds (one also with an en-suite bathroom), an additional bathroom, spacious living room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen.



In the basement: laundry area, an extra bathroom and a second living room with TV, perfect for relaxing or playing.



In the exterior, you will enjoy a private swimming pool, furnished terrace, barbecue, and parking on the street right in front of the property.

Alcúdia is one of the most emblematic destinations in northern Mallorca. In a quieter and more exclusive area is located Bonaire, a small paradise surrounded by nature.
