I spent unforgettable holidays at the magnificent Ses Poves estate in Alcudia.

Fab time

Wonderful property, especially for the children. They thoroughly enjoyed the pool and all the grass space around for activities. The Villa was very clean and equipped with everything that you would need. Would definitely recommend.

lovely place to relax and chill a bit difficult to get a taxi so a car is a must if you want to get around could do with a games room eg pool table ping pong and maybe a few things for younger children sun beds on upper terrace would have been nice and a dustbin for household wast all in all we had a great time

The photos are somewhat misleading as to location. The villa is as good as sitting on the main road coming into Alcúdia: it sounds on occasion as if the world is driving through the garden. On arriving, you are welcomed by the next door’s hounds, and this will be the echo each time you leave also! So if you are looking for isolation and peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Inside the kitchen is fine, generally the house is in good order, although the mattresses appear old and regardless, are far from comfortable. This being said, in high summer and the pool at hand, the outdoor barbecue area and the beach 6 to 7 minutes away, you can make good here and have fun; perhaps we didn’t look carefully enough at the property specification, but I wouldn’t like another family to arrive to have their travel dreams somewhat dampened on arrival.

The finca is stunning – a beautiful, spacious, and very well-maintained property. The location left us with mixed feelings. On the plus side, everything (supermarkets, beaches, harbor, town center) is just a 5-minute drive away, which is super convenient. However, as stated, the finca is located on a main road, which you can hear, but we didn’t find it too disturbing.What bothered us more was a hotel about 1 km away that had loud evening shows with music from 8 PM to 11 PM. Inside, it was still fine, but outside it was quite loud.The host is not personally involved – everything is handled via a management company. Communication with them was excellent – they always responded quickly, usually within minutes. Unfortunately, reported issues were not actually resolved.Some small points of criticism:•“Room service” in the description only refers to final cleaning – a bit misleading.•Occasional farm work on the neighboring property caused some dirt in the pool and made it harder to sit outside with babies.•Wi-Fi was poor.Conclusion:A fantastic accommodation that we mostly really enjoyed, but for the price, we would have expected a bit more care regarding small issues and guest requests.

Sehr erholsam

Die Finca ist ein Traum. Super eingerichtet, mit allen was man braucht. Die Agentur war immer, auch bei den kleinsten Nachfragen zu erreichen und konnte immer helfen. Der Garten ist wunderschön und die Grillecke lädt zum längeren Verweilen ein (Mückenspray nicht vergessen). Man erreicht die Altstadt von Alcudia bequem zu Fuß. Zum Strand sind wir nicht gelaufen, da es mlt Kleinkind dann doch zu weit war. Aber mlt dem Auto ist man sehr schnell an jedem schönen Strand um die Ecke. Die Finca hat drei separate Schlafzimmer und alle sind vollausgestattet und eingerichtet, so dass man sich fast wie zu Hause fühlt. Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen.

21 Sonnentage in Alcudia

Sehr gepflegte Finca mit einem großen Grundstück und einem großen Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die vorbeiführende Strasse war teils laut, jedoch nur tagsüber. Es wäre schon wenn einmal in neue Liegen investiert würde. Die jetzigen sind durchgelegen und unbequem. Wir würden die Finca wieder buchen.

Wir sind begeistert! Die Finca und das Grundstück sind wunderschön und man fühlt sich direkt zuhause! Die Lage ist toll und es gibt einfach nichts zu beanstanden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, mehr braucht man dazu nicht mehr sagen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Super tolle Finca!!!Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!!

Wlan hat leider nur die ersteb beiden Tage gut funktioniert, danach war es nur noch sehr langsam. Alle elektronischen Geräte waren sehr gepflegt, genauso wie die Finca insgesamt. Finca liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, was mich persönlich aber nicht gestört hat. Man hört sie, sieht sie aber nicht. Abends waren die anliegenden Hotels sehr laut (Animation). Begrüßung in der Finca war sehr nett. Flasche Wein, Chips und Cola standen bereit. Trotz der kleineren Mankos (die nicht an der Finca liegen) absolut empfehlenswert, wir fahren gerne wieder hin. Beste Finca!!

Perfekte Finca in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren vom 13.6.18 bis 23.6.18 zu viert in der Finca. Die Finca war tip top in Schuss und es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Alles da, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Die Finca war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der TV ist mittlerweile auch größer, so dass wir gemütlich die WM Spiele sehen konnten. Bei uns kam in den 10 Tagen 2x jemand vorbei, der den Pool gesäubert hat. Das Grundstück ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel größer, als man auf den Fotos erahnen kann. Man hört zwar die Straße im Hintergrund, aber uns hat das nicht wirklich gestört. Morgens hört man im Kanon die Hähne im Unkreis krähen, naja manchmal hat das schon etwas die Nachtruhe gestört. Wir haben uns dann Ohorpax rein gemacht und weiter geschlafen. Dafür ist weit und breit kein Menschenlärm zu hören! Die angegebenen Entfernungen (zu Fuß) zur Altstadt und zum Strand haben auch nicht ganz gestimmt. Hier plant man besser 20 min zur Altstadt und 25 min zum Strand ein. Alles im Allem würden wir diese Finca immer wieder sofort buchen!!
