Apartment facing the sea. The location of Vida Sana is privileged. Waking up and thinking that you are over the sea is what you will experience every morning. There are no words to better describe the unique characteristics of this comfortable apartment. Located just a few metres from Alcanada beach, and facing dozens of small jetties where you can bathe in one of the most crystal-clear waters of Mallorca. A few metres away you also have the famous pebble beach and the Alcanada lighthouse. This apartment is destined to impress with its sense of spaciousness and luminosity, as well as its impressive views. Vida Sana offers capacity for 2 people, 1 bedroom, air conditioning, a terrace facing the sea, this apartment will not disappoint you.



Inside, the apartment has everything you need. It features a living room with dining area (equipped with sofas, TV, dining table, air conditioning), fully equipped independent kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available to our guests and is included in the rental price during fixed hours (14:00-16:00 and 20:00-08:00).



In the exterior, the terrace (accessed from the living room) is a true paradise. Furnished with a table, chairs and two sun loungers, it offers the most beautiful and unobstructed views of the sea. This is definitely a holiday home that should not be missed!

The tourist tax is included in the price.

Important information to bear in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

This apartment offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
