SPIROS - BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY HOUSE SURROUNDED BY NATURE NEAR THE BEACH.



The unbeatable location of this country house is remarkable. It is 600 m from the beach and also only 2 km from the town of Alcúdia.

Wonderful outdoor area in the middle of Mallorcan nature, private pool with an area for small children, surrounded by lawn and native trees, where you can only hear the chirping of birds.



Large furnished terrace with great views of the countryside and the mountains.

Solid brick barbecue and large terrace, which is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean sun.

The house offers maximum capacity for 5 people and has two double bedrooms, one single room, two bathrooms with bathtub,

a living - dining room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Free WiFi, but limited to 5 GB.







Alcudia, located in the northeast of Mallorca, is an ecotourism community with a great variety of landscapes and 30 km of coastline.

There are beautiful beaches with fine, white sand, as well as rocky beaches and small bays of impressive beauty.

Ideal for all nature lovers, here you can make extensive hiking routes and long walks.

Alcudia is a medieval city surrounded by an ancient city wall. Just a few meters from the old town,

a cultural tour to the Roman settlement of Pollentia, foundet 123 BC, begins right next to the church "St. Jaume".

It leads to the most interesting places of the remains of the Roman culture that are currently still existing.

A little more cutlery would be great, especially if you're traveling with several people. The beach is easily accessible and quickly on foot. The garden is wonderful. However, you definitely need good insect spray for mosquitoes. We'd love to come back!

Spiros' villa is in a fantasic and peaceful location within walking distance of a lovely beach and a 5 minute drive from beautiful Alcudia old town. The villa itself is a traditional Mallorcan style villa (so no aircon) and the outside space, including the shaded terrace and the pool, is brilliant. Spiros is a friendly host and we had a great week.

une villa au top, une piscine et jardin très très agréable. un petit plus pour la table de ping pong mon fils n'a pas arrêté de jouer. la plage a 10 mn et le port d'alcudia à 6 mn en voiture. nous avons passé une semaine juste formidable. le propriétaire très gentil qui nettoie la piscine 1 à 2 fois par jour mais reste très discret. nous recommandons largement cet havre de paix. Merci encore pour cette semaine de vacances excellente.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Spiros war wunderbar. Er hat uns direkt empfangen und uns das gesamte Grundstück gezeigt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und der gesamte Garten und Pool sehr schön gepflegt. Der Gastgeber war äusserst freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Unterkunft ruhesuchenden Familien und Naturliebhabern jederzeit empfehlen. Die Lage in Bonaire ist sehr schön. Zu Fuss kann man innert 10 Minuten zwei schöne Strände erreichen. Die schöne Altstadt von Alcudia ist in 30 Gehminuten erreichbar. Der sehr gepflegte Pool, die gedeckte Terrasse mit Grill und die natürliche Gartenanlage haben wir sehr genossen. Für Einkäufe und Ausflüge empfehlen wir ein Mietauto.

Ein wunderschöner Ort mit einem besonders schönem Pool, der nachts sogar beleuchtet wird. Alternativ ist der Strand auch nur drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
