The property is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a great holiday, ensuring your stay is comfortable and stress-free.

The property is divided in two buildings:
In the first building we will find the spacious and fully-equipped kitchen which provides everything you need to cook up a storm. The living room provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. With its stylish and clear furniture, the living room is perfect for relaxing either in summer or by the fireplace for winter stays. The room's large windows allow natural light to flood the space, creating a bright and airy feel.

Outside, the villa's green garden where you can soak up the sun, lounge on the comfortable sofas, or enjoy a BBQ with friends and family. The garden's direct sea views provide a stunning backdrop, adding to the tranquil atmosphere.

On the other side of the house, we find all 5 bedrooms: two king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a queen-size bedroom also with an suite bathroom and two twin-bedrooms that share two guests bathrooms, one located on the ground floor and the second on the upper floor.
The house offers an additional, beautiful and cozy living area on the upper floor, creating a perfect space to relax and take in the stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Pollença. This unique living area features its own fully-equipped kitchen, two spacious terraces, and comfortable furniture where you can take in the breathtaking views from the comfort of the cozy sofa, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine with your loved ones.

Our villa's prime location means you're just steps away from the beach but at the same time only 10 minutes away from the beautiful town of Alcudia, where you will find all facilities.

- No parties or events are allowed in the property, damage deposit could be deducted automatically if this rule is not met.
- No smoking inside the house, it's permitted in the outdoor areas only.
- Trash bags must be taken away by guests on their departure day, in case many trash is left behind, a 100€ fee will be deducted from the damage deposit.
- In the event of extreme dirtiness, a fine of 300€ will be deducted from the damage deposit.

This villa offers its guests a terrace, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
