Discover this beautiful apartment located on the ground floor of a fenced apartment block of 4 holiday dwellings. It offers a shared garden with up to 12 sun loungers and direct access to the beach. The cosy furnished porch of private use will delight you while enjoying your meals or if you want to have an appetiser admiring sea. Inside you will enjoy a movie in the TV-Sat while cooling with the AC in the modern and luminous living room. The kitchen is independent and it has a gas stove. It offers all you need to cook during your stay. If you want to have your meals inside just bring the exterior table inside. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds and A/C, both with a closet. The second bedroom offers an en-suite tub bathroom, and then there is another bathroom with a shower for the rest of the accommodation. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. You will find a shared laundry area with washing machines, iron and ironing board. Puerto de Alcúdia is a fantastic place to spend an amazing beach holiday. The beach is large and of fine sand, perfect to practice water sports and enjoy long walks when the sun sets. The town of Alcudia is very near and there you will discover a beautiful Mallorcan village with medieval remains like the wall and the great Mallorcan cuisine in any of its numerous restaurants.
