The stylish apartment in Barcarés, Alcúdia, boasts stunning sea views and two terraces to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The front terrace includes a small garden and BBQ, while the rear terrace with sea views is ideal for a leisurely breakfast.
This well-distributed and bright ground-floor apartment offers a comfortable and inviting space. The living-dining area is perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals together. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
Spanning 78m², the apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people with its 2 bedrooms, each featuring a double bed. One of the bedrooms also includes an additional pull-out single bed. There is a spacious bathroom with a shower. For families traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
The charming town of Es Barcarès features picturesque pebbled bays and sandy beaches, including Mal Pas and Platja Morer Vermell, the latter just a 10-minute walk away.
