Teresa - Beautiful gabled house located in Mal Pas just 150 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in the northern area.
This urbanization is characterized by the tranquility that is breathed and the surrounding vegetation.
Large house with Mallorcan character, surrounded by a beautiful small forest, with a great native vegetation around it. It preserves the old floors which give a special touch to the house. Large terrace with partial sea view.
It has 3 doble bedrooms, one of them with air conditioning. Two outside bathrooms which are completely renovated.
Large living - diningroom with high ceilings, what gives a feeling of spaciousness and freshness. Fully furnished and equipped independent kitchen.
It also has a furnished rear terrace with sun loungers for the enjoyment of clients.
I highlight of this house the surroundings, the tranquility and the location. You can walk to the beach from the house and it is only 2 km from the village of Alcúdia.
