Teresa - Beautiful gabled house located in Mal Pas just 150 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in the northern area.

This urbanization is characterized by the tranquility that is breathed and the surrounding vegetation.

Large house with Mallorcan character, surrounded by a beautiful small forest, with a great native vegetation around it. It preserves the old floors which give a special touch to the house. Large terrace with partial sea view.



It has 3 doble bedrooms, one of them with air conditioning. Two outside bathrooms which are completely renovated.

Large living - diningroom with high ceilings, what gives a feeling of spaciousness and freshness. Fully furnished and equipped independent kitchen.

It also has a furnished rear terrace with sun loungers for the enjoyment of clients.

I highlight of this house the surroundings, the tranquility and the location. You can walk to the beach from the house and it is only 2 km from the village of Alcúdia.

La tranquilidad de Mal Pas y los pajaros. La playa tan cerca. Me encanta que esta tan cerca del hotel para mis estudiantes. Los baños necesitan reparaciones. Los enchufes no funcionan bien. Si fuera posible pon una entrada dentro de la casa. Cuando lluve es una molestia ir al baño afuera.

Tolle Lage - ruhig aber trotzdem fussläufig zum Strand. Das Haus ist schon besonders geschnitten - eigentlich ziemlich cool mit einem großen zentralen Raum. Etwas störend ist, dass die Toilette außerhalb liegt and man ggf. Nachts ein paar Schritte über den Hof gehen muss. Die Waschmaschine ging leider nicht, aber damit konnten wir leben. Es gibt zwei tolle Terassen, so dass man immer ein sonniges Fleckchen findet. In Summe eine rundum gelungene Ferienwoche. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber.

Wir waren mit Eltern und Kinder in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist perfekt um mit den Kindern an den Strand zu laufen und es ist eine ruhige Gegend. Wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse genossen, ob vor oder hinter dem Haus. Dass das Bad aussen ist, ist praktisch wenn man direkt vom Strand kommt. Nicht so praktisch falls es doch mal regnet. Die Kommunikation war außerordentlich gut. Immer eine schnelle Reaktion und auch als wir einmal zu später Stunde Unterstützung brauchten, wurde uns sofort geholfen. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Zona meravigliosamente tranquilla e in una posizione comoda x raggiungere le più belle spiagge. Casa d’altri tempi che racconta storie passate, spazi molto ampi. Peccato x il bagno esterno ma tutto sommato ci si abitua subito, pulito. Sulla pulizia della casa si potrebbe fare di meglio. Complessivamente vacanza meravigliosa, tornerei!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen – nur wenige Minuten zum Strand und auch Wanderwege sind gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit angenehmem Klima im Schlafzimmer (Klimaanlage) und Ventilatoren in den anderen Räumen. Die zwei Badezimmer waren vollkommen ausreichend. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell reagiert – die Kommunikation war top. Kleine Mängel: Die Sonnenliegen waren instabil und klappten leicht zusammen, die Spülmaschine hat leider nicht zuverlässig gespült, und die Müllabholung hat nicht funktioniert, sodass wir den Müll selbst wegbringen mussten. Insgesamt trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt – wir würden wiederkommen!

La tranquilidad de Mal Pas es fenominal. La casa tiene mucha historía en un lugar preciosa. La casa necesita algunos reparaciones debido a que es el fin de la temporada. Otro cafetier sería buen idea porque no se vende las capsulas correctas en el supermercado de Bonaire.

Das wunderschöne, alte Haus ist wirklich traumhaft

Das wunderschöne, alte Haus ist wirklich traumhaft. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen und es liegt trotzdem absolut ruhig. Mit spül- und Waschmaschine, sowie den beiden Terrassen bietet das Haus alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen wieder!
