Fantastic house

We had a wonderful holiday at this amazing house. The house is very spacious both inside and out. We were a large family group and the house was just perfect for us. Loved the outdoor eating area and the pool too. Only a 7 minute drive to the supermarket in Alcudia. Enjoyed trips out but also loved days around the house too. Would 100% recommend.

Three generations of family - 5 adults & 5 children - recently spent 8 nights at this fabulous finca! The location is brilliant. So close to both Alcudia & Pollença, as well as many of the areas best little coves & beaches. It was easy to find and check-in was a breeze. The property itself is great and so much better than the photos! The house, though old, has so much charm, it was super clean and had everything we needed. The abundance of bedrooms and bathrooms were all huge and comfortable. The outdoor terrace was divine and we ate every meal there. The pool was a huge hit with all of us, crystal clear & clean, many hours each day were spent swimming & sunning. Communication with Antonia was great throughout the booking process, check-in and our stay. We were off exploring and doing things every day, but coming home to the finca was just the best!! We all loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend Vertent Gran to families and groups!

Outdoor was top, indoor was flop

Overall, it was an acceptable accommodation in a beautiful setting. The finca was basically beautiful, but also very old and the kitchen in particular was not really modern (utensils very old and partly in poor condition). However, the finca had everything you needed. The main thing that bothered us was the musty smell throughout the house and the very old furnishings. For example, we didn't use the living room at all. However, the outdoor area with pool and dining facilities was great, which we enjoyed. Check-in and communication with the rental company were very good! Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Nous avons été ravies de notre séjour. La maison est grande et bien équipée au niveau de la cuisine. La literie est bonne, seul petit bémol les coussins sont trop plats. Nous avons été tres bien reçus et le propriétaire très arrangeant quand à l'heure d'arrivée.
