Villa Vertent is located very close to Alcudia. From the property, you can enjoy incredible views of the mountain and the sea. It is located in a quiet and isolated area, which in turn is well-connected due to its proximity to the town of Alcudia.



It is able to accommodate 8 guests and 2 babies, in 4 double rooms with 3 full bathrooms.

On the ground floor we find 2 rooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, and another bathroom.

On the upper floor we find two other rooms and a bathroom.

Outside we will find a covered barbecue area, with a table to enjoy food and relax, with direct access to the chlorine pool with an outdoor shower with hot water and jacuzzi.
