C’an Joan is an ideal choice for a small family looking for a holiday villa with the luxury of a private pool, with a small children’s corner type splash area. Lots of lawned areas, and shaded areas, and only 1 kilometre into Alcudia town centre!

C’an Joan is a charming retreat for a small family seeking an unforgettable holiday experience.

Nestled in a serene setting, this stunning villa boasts the luxury of a private pool, inviting you to unwind and soak up the sun in complete privacy. With its cosy ambiance and thoughtfully designed spaces, it promises a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation.

The house is situated on one level, featuring a charming country-home feel, with a large, spacious, fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan lounge/dining area. It includes internet access, satellite television, and a DVD player.

The bedrooms are spacious with motion-sensored air conditioning that includes. From the twin bedroom, glass doors open up to the back terrace, which features a fantastic covered barbecue area. At the front of the villa, there is a large covered terrace with seating available for al fresco dining, offering a view of the lawn and swimming pool. An additional bonus is the small children’s corner in the pool, making it perfect for families with young children.

This lovely country-style property is filled with character and is beautifully maintained by its owners, making it an excellent option for a family holiday.

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)

Please note: In line with local energy saving initiatives all air conditioning units are on timer and available up to 12 hours.

The villa is nestled between the Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia countryside. Pollenca Old Town is close too. The villa is a perfect central hub, and there are lots of different things around for you to enjoy your holiday in close proximity to your villa.
