Upon entering we will find a spacious, well-lit living room and kitchen, with all the comforts you can imagine, comfortable brown sofas with views of the horizon and a large TV screen to enjoy your favorite series, thanks to the fast internet via Wi-Fi. Wifi for Home Office.
The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, toaster, filter coffee maker, toaster, ceramic hob and many more amenities will help you have a greater vacation feeling.
A light sliding door will give you access to the terrace, this area makes the "Villa Cancún" apartment even more special, from this area of the house you can have a snack in the morning sun, eat with the family, rest or even play board games with your family or friends.
The 2 double bedrooms fully equipped with bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, full-length mirrors and air conditioning. Between the two rooms you can go to the fully equipped bathroom.
Its private outdoor area includes a covered terrace and a balcony. Here you can relax with a cup of coffee or enjoy delicious meals in the evening.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area that includes a swimming pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, an outdoor shower and a tennis court. Thanks to its excellent location, the beautiful "Platja de Alcudia" can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Walking about 5 minutes you will find bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.
