The house in Alcanada Alcúdia has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people.Located just in front of Alcanada beach, 800 metres from the Golf Club, with unique and exclusive views.It has garden furniture, 20 m² terrace, barbecue, griddle, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, heat pump heating, air conditioning, private swimming pool, garage in the same building, 1 Television, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German).The independent, electric kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen equipment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.IMPORTANT:- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.- Important note about electricity consumption:Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.
