Welcome to Villa Marilen! This typical Mallorcan property, equipped with air conditioning, is situated in a privileged location in the picturesque countryside, just outside the historic town of Alcudia. Its natural and tranquil setting offers a sense of serenity and privacy, while the proximity to the town provides easy access to all necessary amenities.
The interior of the house is decorated in a rustic style that highlights the authenticity of the local architecture. The furniture offers comfort and functionality, and the details, such as the high ceilings with exposed wooden beams and the stone walls, provide a warm and cosy atmosphere. This design blends perfectly with the traditional character of the property.
The spacious living room is comfortably furnished and has all modern amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. It is equipped with a television and wifi connection for guests to enjoy entertainment and stay connected. In addition, a wall of sliding glass doors offers direct access to a covered terrace, which features a dining table and chairs, ideal for enjoying al fresco meals or simply relaxing.
The property features a large formal dining room, adjacent to a fully equipped open plan kitchen. This space, with its modern appliances and utensils, facilitates the preparation of meals and makes every meal an enjoyable experience.
As for the bedrooms, the master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, providing a comfortable and quiet place to rest. The second bedroom features two single beds and has access to a private bathroom, while there is also another full bathroom on the property and an additional toilet, offering comfort and privacy for all guests.
The exterior of the villa is equally impressive, with several covered terraces inviting you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. One of these terraces is equipped with a ping-pong table, perfect for fun with family or friends.
A winding path surrounded by nature leads to the swimming pool, which is in an idyllic setting, surrounded by manicured lawns and beautiful mature Mediterranean gardens. Palm trees and other indigenous plants adorn the surroundings, while panoramic views across the countryside towards the mountains provide a sense of peace and connection with nature.
The property sits on a 4000 m² plot of land, offering a private and tranquil space for strolling through the trees and enjoying the outdoors. Although it feels like a secluded retreat, the town of Alcudia is only a few minutes' drive away, providing easy access to a wide range of amenities including shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
The beaches of Mal Pas and Manresa, famous for their beauty and tranquillity, are just a short walk from the property, allowing you to enjoy a day of sun and sea without having to travel too far. And if you like adventure, you can snorkel or swim from the rocks in the nearby Bonaire area, which is also just a ten-minute walk away.
Alternatively, the 7km long sandy beach of Port Alcudia and the beach at Puerto Pollensa are just a short drive away, giving you the chance to explore more coastal areas and enjoy the variety of water activities the island has to offer.
