The villa with a well-kept garden has 5 bedrooms, three singles and two doubles, 3 bathrooms one of them en suite, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and the private pool (8x4 meters) surrounded by a wonderful garden.DistributionOn the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. It also has a comfortable breakfast area.When leaving the kitchen is the room, very bright and comfortable, with sofas, air conditioning, a large fireplace. Ample doors open onto a shaded porticoed terrace.On the ground floor right next to the living room there is a full bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning.On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms with single beds, one with en suite bathroom. The last bedroom has a double bed and a cot, has its own terrace and stunning views of the mountain, garden and pool. It's nice to wake up with these views.
