Ground Floor: Spacious open-plan living/dining room (SMART TV, WiFi). Kitchen with breakfast bar (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Double bedroom with en suite bathroom, A/C and doors leading to outside terrace. Twin bedroom with en suite shower room and A/C. Guest cloakroom with shower. Outside: Comfortable covered terrace with in-built barbecue. Well tended lawn with palms and mature gardens. Table tennis. Utility room with washing machine. Private parking. Private swimming pool (8m x 3.5m) with Roman steps.
Sitting expediently between the old quarters of both Pollença and Alcudia, this outstanding finca affords a tranquil, rural setting amongst the meadows of Pollença. Stone clad walls, lovingly nurtured lawns, shady terraces and an irresistibly refreshing pool, conjure up the rustic appeal of this utopia.

Mesmerising mountain vistas envelop this ideal base from which to explore the diversities of Northern Mallorca. Just a short drive away one can encounter the hustle and bustle of the historic, medieval towns of Alcudia and Pollença: weekly market stalls scattered around the remnants of Alcudia’s ancient past or shrouding the well-trodden, cobbled paths of Pollença, an array of gastronomic delights sited in concealed stone alcoves and discernible plazas, as you wander further in to the labyrinth of the old quarters. Long stretches of the golden sands of Playa de Muro are a 10 minute drive, whilst less known calas are abundant and part of the fun is seeking them out.
