Located in the coastal area of Alcanada, just a few metres from the sea, this villa for 6 people is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday in front of the Mediterranean.
The exterior of the house offers a fantastic 8.5 x 4 metre chlorine pool, with a depth of up to 1.90 metres, perfect for a dip after a day at the beach. The terrace is composed of an area with sunbeds and parasols, and a small garden with lawn, ideal for families with children. It also has two furnished porches, one of them on the first floor, ideal for outdoor dining with sea views.

The interior, distributed over two floors, is spacious, bright and has air conditioning in all rooms. On the first floor you will find a spacious living/dining room with two sofas where you can spend your evenings watching movies on the Smart TV. The dining area includes a large table where you can enjoy the delicious dishes prepared in the fully equipped induction cooker. On the ground floor are the 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and wardrobe. Two of them have a double bed and access to the terrace, one of them has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and the last one has two single beds. A second bathroom with shower serves this floor. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Finally, you can make use of the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Alcanada is a quiet urbanisation by the sea, famous for its lighthouse, its rocky beach and its prestigious golf course. Just a few minutes' drive away is the charming town of Alcudia, with its historic walled town centre, shops, restaurants and lively marina. This privileged location allows you to enjoy both the coastal calm and the cultural and gastronomic richness of the north of Mallorca.
