This 109 m² townhouse is located close to both the harbour and the coast, offering sea views from the first floor. The house has three bedrooms and a total of five sleeping places, making it suitable for couples and families alike.
On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, dining room, kitchen, TV lounge with wood-burning stove, a bedroom and a guest toilet. From this level, there is access to both the first floor and the basement.
The first floor contains a bedroom, a smaller room and a bathroom. From here, there is access to a veranda with views of the harbour and the Baltic Sea.
The basement has low ceiling height and contains technical installations as well as a washing machine. The house is heated by district heating, providing a stable and convenient heating solution year-round. There is parking for several cars and a covered area for bicycles.
The area offers excellent experiences for holiday guests. The harbour is only a few hundred metres away and features a bathing jetty, a small beach, and the possibility of using a sauna and hot tub. The town has a grocery store, bakery, pizzeria, brewery and restaurant, all within walking distance.
The north coast between Gudhjem and Allinge offers rocky shores, trails and small harbour environments. It is ideal for hiking, cycling and trips along the water. Nearby towns offer galleries, smokehouses, local markets and good excursion opportunities. The changing nature throughout the day creates a unique holiday atmosphere.
