Beautiful holiday home with fantastic sea views in a unique location on the edge of the charming village of Allinge.
The holiday home has two floors and appears bright and modern. The centrepiece of home life is the combined living and dining room on the ground floor. Here there is a dining area, TV and a large, open-plan kitchen. Comfortable underfloor heating ensures a pleasant, cosy indoor climate. There is also a beautiful bedroom with two single beds and sea views on the ground floor, as well as two bathrooms with underfloor heating, one of which has a bathtub. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with a sea view and the other with a view of the green surroundings. In the utility room you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer.
In front of the house there is a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture. The terrace is perfect for enjoying your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. There is also a lovely garden with plenty of space for children to play.
The house is located on a quiet street, only 900 metres from the beautiful sandy beach of Næs and beautiful cliffs. The location makes the house an excellent starting point for many beach walks and discoveries along the cliffs, from where you can admire enchanting sunsets. The house is only a few minutes' walk from shops, restaurants, etc. You are also close to several of Bornholm's favourite excursion destinations, including Jons Kapel, the ruins of Hammershus Castle, the Bornholm Art Museum and the charming village of Gudhjem.
You can look forward to a relaxing and memorable holiday in this beautiful house surrounded by beautiful nature.
