La Casa del Agua de Arriba is located in a quiet and charming neighbourhood in ​​the Old Town of Altea and is just 100 meters from the promenade and the beach. This old fisherman's house has been recently restored and lovingly decorated respecting its Mediterranean style, with open, spacious and bright spaces and a delicious patio where you can relax and enjoy your stay in one of the most beautiful villages in Spain.

The apartment is ideal for couples, families and friends. It is divided into two floors:
- On the upper floor there is a living room, two very spacious and bright bedrooms (one of them with a balcony), a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area, and a complete bathroom with a shower.
- On the lower floor you will find the utility room, the toilet, a small chill out space and the star of the house: a garden only for you to enjoy with an outdoor shower.

It is equipped with high-speed WiFi, Smart TV and free Netflix.

The location is great: a few minutes walk from the beach, accessible by car and close to all services and places of interest. There are several free car parks within a 5-minute walk and, if you decide to use public transportation, you have the tram and buses just a few minutes away.
