Completely renovated on the top floor of a typical Spanish house inhabited by the owners and located at the bottom of the ancient village of Altea this loft is equipped with a very nice bathroom with shower, 2 toilets, a living room with sofa (which is not convertible into a bed), a bedroom with 1 double bed, a fully sunny terrace with a superb panoramic view of the sea, mountains and village. The loft is entirely reserved for you and you have a private entrance with direct access to the lane.
You can leave your car parked; And in a minute on foot, a few steps from the house you will find all the shops and restaurants you will need. In 3 minutes, you can have lunch, dinner or have a drink on one of the many terraces located on the paseo by the sea. Finally, in less than 5 minutes, still without a car, you can reach the heart of Casco Antiguo, the historic old town of Altea, through so characteristic small alleys.
