This spacious vacation chalet is spread over 2 floors and is ideal for large families or groups of friends who want to spend a vacation in the sun by the beach, sea and private pool. In just 140 meters you will find one of the beautiful pebble beaches of the Costa Blanca, where you can take a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean Sea. Over the upper floor there are two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a fantastic view. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with an open kitchen. On the great terrace you can enjoy a cozy barbecue with friends and family in the evening or just enjoy the fresh sea breeze with a glass of wine. In the front area of the cottage you will find another small terrace, which lies entirely in the cool shade of the adjacent trees. Here you can start the day invigorated with a delicious breakfast. The pool is located on the sunniest side of the chalet and therefore you have the opportunity to spend the whole day on the sun loungers and enjoy the wonderful climate of the Costa Blanca. Only 5 km away is the charming Altea, one of the 10 most beautiful villages in Spain, where you should visit the old town, the spring of Algar and the fortress of Bérnia. Benidorm, the city that never sleeps, is only 12 km away, where you will find everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.
