We booked 2 rooms online at 12am October 6th planning on sleeping a few hours and checking out around 6am that same morning. The clerk was asleep when we walked in. 4 hours later he knocks on our doors wakes us up and tells us we have to pay an additional 25 dollars per room because we checked in before 3 pm and then charged us for a full 24 hour. The one room didn’t have a working smoke detector ,it was taken apart and had a peice of paper towel stuck inside it. Bathrooms were filthy as was the room. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The hallway carpet is terrible dirty, you can hear people in the next room l, the front desk person was asleep at the desk, dont stay here. There were holes on the sheets.

The manager, i dont even know how she got her job! She blamed us for our dog barking even though we proved it was coming from another room, barged in our room yelling at us and being completely unprofessional and than kicked us out without refunding any of our $500 we paid to stay there, even though there was no damage to the room. Than the property was unsafe due to them renovating the top floor. I will be reporting this place and i see why they dont do much business

The manager was extemely rude, yelling and cussing at us. Accused our dog of barking all night when I literally went to the front desk while the other rooms dog was barking for an hour straight and they didnt care. We paid for a week and didnt damage the room and got none of our money back. And their night clerk sleeps all night and acts like its a bother when you wake him up for something. I would highly recommend not staying here! I will be reporting this to the BBB.
