I was charged all kinds of fees outside of the fees i already paid through Expedia. Expedia stated that the purchase included all resort fees and taxes. Yet i was charged all of those things again by the hotel. And reading reviews online now, i can see that this happens often with this resort and they do not refund anything. Im not going to bother fighting with the resort. They always blame it on their comptroller. I will not visit the resort again nor would i advise anyone to do so.

Cannot rave more about my experience here. After having to cancel a vacation and spend a night in Dallas, I booked as here for many of the amenities. Desk staff was friendly, polite when checking in and requesting a late check out. The staff and food at river walk cantina were great. I ended up having two separate treatments at Relache spa song both were amazing.

Nice property. Seems very well suited for conferences. The walk from the room to the parking garage was a but much especially being at the very end of the hall on our floor. Planes were flying over all day but not too loud. I wish there were more dining options. Two of the three restaurants were closed the two days we were there but was able to find good spots nearby.

Love this property

My parents live in Lake Dallas but I always stay here because of the comfortability, restaurants on site, coffee shop and shops. The spa is definitely an added bonus. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

It's exactly what you would/should expect from Gaylord hotels. Luxurious, clean, and comfortable. The inroom amenities were lacking but the property had tons of things to do and see. I'd stay there again

Everything was wonderful! The staff was lovely. The grounfs were clean and beautiful. Everything was marvelous except the room service. It arrived cold and didnt taste very good.
