Enjoyed the resort, but reservations only dining until 9, no clear communication where the shuttle to the water park is without asking (you’re not allowed to park there), they never gave me the digital key I requested, they don’t serve food at the paradise springs bar, so you have to wait for the servers, the resort pool restaurant was closed, etc. None of them were bad enough to ruin the trip by any means, but it was noticeable. Service at the riverwalk cantina was not good. Staff was unfriendly. Waited over 30 minutes for a ride back from the dc experience. It was so hot. My daughter got sick. I paid over 400$ for one night. Doesn't feel worth it

I always love my stay ..1st tine taking my little grandchildren..at which they were blown away by everything...but the outdoor pool could use a safety rope to notify the people were the 3ft ends-heading to the deep end...just a suggestion
