Finca Son Pol has a privileged location in the Sierra de Tramuntana, 400 meters above the sea level with a spectacular sea and mountain views.
10 minutes from the town of Andratx and 40 minutes from the city of Palma, is the perfect choice for travelers who want to relax and enjoy the nature in Majorca.
With 12 acres of private property, the house is facing at the valley of Andratx with amazing views.
There are 4 cosy bedrooms each with private bathrooms, and the master bedroom has also fireplace and private terrace.
The large living room is equipped with TV, satellite channel, internet USB, DVD library, board games and a reading corner.
The kitchen is very spacious with an island in the middle, has a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, blender, toaster, tea and coffee maker. The laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer.
There is a large terrace next to the kitchen with barbecue in order to enjoy eating outside, and next to the swimingpool is a big porch with comfortable sofas to enjoy the views and just relax.
The pool with its 50 square meters of saltwater is located between rocks, oaks and pines making it ideal for swimming in nature.

The construction of the house dates from 2008 and is built with bio principles, fully equipped with new technologies: Geothermal heating and cooling, home automation, waste water recycling and using biodegradable products. The walls are built according to the typical Majorcan old buildings with thick stone walls drilled and with double glazed windows with double insulation.

There is easy parking outside for four cars.
