For families, a cot and high chair are available.



Enjoy the private garden, balcony, and open terrace with stunning sea and mountain views. The private outdoor pool measures 9x5 meters, is unheated, and is surrounded by 6 sun loungers and several outdoor seating areas. You will also have a private barbecue for outdoor meals.



For parking, there is 1 shared spot on the premises, 2 shared garage spaces, and street parking. Events are not permitted on the property. Beach towels are provided; please do not use house towels at the beach. Kindly respect the neighbors by keeping music off on terraces and in the garden after 11:00 pm.



Access is easiest by car due to unpaved roads. You will be in a quiet area close to Port Andratx, with cafés and restaurants just minutes away by car. Sant Elm and the Sa Dragonera Natural Park are easily reachable by car. In July and August, you can enjoy concerts twice a week in Andratx.
