When I went to check in I was a little bit early. They told me my room was cleaned and ready so it should’ve been no problem. But they made me wait an hour or I would have to pay a half a day charge. What kind of scumbag hotel does that? I’ve been all over the world and if your room is clean and ready and nobody’s in it they give it to you early But not this place. Terrible service

Thr rome was exceptional; however, the pool,an infinity pool, was closed much of the time and everything was extra. eg. Any guest to swim was $20, no coffee or tea, two towels per day, two small bottles of water per day, etc. I wouldn't stay there again.

I love this hotel!! Staff is great, always smiling and friendly. Love the upstairs restaurant, bar, and pool area. Live music on Fri/Sat/Sunday nights. The only thing that they didn't have in the hotel is a gym, but they do offer an offsite gym. Location is great, right next to all the bars, clubs, and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again!
