Loved the room but felt we might have woken the receptionist up when we rang the bell at midnight to get in. Had a bit of a nightmare in the car park as I’d left the codes & my phone in the room so thought I was spending the night in the car but by pure luck I managed to guess the 5 digit code as no one appeared to be coming to my rescue despite all the cctv cameras down there.

We do not have the car park access codes displayed around the building for security reasons but the codes are given upon arrival. hotel was a little further out than i was expecting, a good 10 mins walk in the rain from my bus stop from the airport. didnt like the system of having to use the back door after 9pm, and def didn't like leaving that way at 9.30am coz receiption didn't open till later and i walked past the box to post the keys even though i was looking for it, had to ask a cleaner. AND, it is not possible to either receive or make phone calls from the room - impossible situation!!! however, on the good side, lovely and clean, spacious, nice lay out, full oven and dishwasher, comfy bed, responsive heating etc.
