Fantastic service

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the staff and the service of this hotel was fantastic. They were happy and extremely helpful. My husband is gluten free and they cater for his needs at breakfast with kindness. It made his stay pleasant and inclusive. The hotel had been done up since we last stayed and it's been nicely transformed. Leisure facilities weren't amazing but staff were still very helpful Room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed.

Best Hotel in Solihull

Another great stay at the hotel, the best option when you need accommodation in Solihull. Parking is plentyful and there is no rush to leave the next day if you want to cross the road to Touchwood. Breakfast was very well managed, a busy Sunday morning but plenty of attentive staff. Look forward to returning again

An OK stay.

The bedrooms were fantatsic. Good size. Comfortable beds and great shower. Disappointed about access to the pool. Check out is at 11am. Kids cant swim until 10am so not family friendly at all. The food in the restaurant was really bad as was the service. We regret not going out for dinner.

The hotel was great but unfortunately, quite a few things were not available on the evening menu and I was only told after placing the order with the waitress (3 times???). I think next time I'll eat elsewhere but sometimes, it is not convenient.
