Breakfast had some not very fresh canned fruits. Parking is convenient. The song had loose cap which would always block itself under the water stream from the tap. Generally something looked tired and worn out, however, there are some renovations, eg type c sockets in the rooms. Staff was friendly and nice. Area around seemed to be quite dodgy after 20:00 but generally great during daylight. Overall good, 3.5+rating, relatively good value.

Good location for shopping & walkable distance to Bristol Hippodrome & harbourside. Only downside was the bed which was like a fruit bowl, kept rolling into each other during the night. Also kept saying week signal on some of the TV Channels

Not the best .

Shocking check in with a receptionist with attitude. Had a front facing room on the 5th floor. Poor glazing and very noisy. Basic bathroom with poor quality shower .

Hotel is very well located and easy to park next door. Unfortunately when we went to check in the hotel had not prepared rooms (despite arriving after check in time) and then put us in ground floor mobility rooms that were really not good enough for what we had paid. As we did not spend much time in the hotel this was satisfactory enough but the service should have been better

Great stay

Check in was exceptional with the host helping all our needs and even guiding me to the free car park which I’ve never seen in a city. The breakfast hosts was amazing chatted to my 4 year old and helped make a tray for my 12 year old daughter who wouldn’t get out of bed. The room was clean and comfy. Extra towels was provided and free fruit on offer.
