The room was very dated and worn. The carpet was dirty and the pillows looked flat and very old. There was also a musty smell. The bed wasn’t comfortable. I really feel this hotel needs a lot of money spent on it to bring it back to 4 star

Two light bulbs wouldn’t work so you couldn’t read! Couldn’t get the television to work. No teaspoon on tray. Not very happy this time.

The room felt a bit tired. The shower wasn’t great, and the curtain rail came down when we drew the curtains on the second night, which meant we had to change rooms. Breakfast was decent, and the lady on reception along with all the breakfast room staff were excellent.
