The stay was average, the room was so hot, even after asking them to turn the temp down it was uncomfortably warm in the room, they brought us a fan that didn’t really work but gave a little bit of air. The room was okay, a little bit outdated and the window was so dirty you couldn’t really see out of it properly. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable also. The best part was the location, that was excellent and central to Liverpool one and the docks.

Perfect stay me and my partner spent our three year aniversary here we felt so looked after. The brekfast was massive and options seemed never ending all ingrediants where all fresh and tastes abosolutley delicious highly reccommend a stay here.

Generally good! But dirty towels let it down.

Generally nice - carpet could have done with a clean as was stained and a little grubby. Bathroom was very clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable and great size. Only downfall was the towels, they looked like they were clean rolled-up towels; however, 2 of the 4 towels in the room were actually dirty and had what I assumed to be makeup stains on. Housekeeping had clearly just refolded dirty towels rather than putting in new fresh ones. We let reception know upon checking out and they were very applogetic.

Fab four Liverpool stay

On arrival we paid for parking which meant no worries for our two night stay. Reception was quick andi painless with very helpful friendly professional staff.The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Everywhere we went in the hotel, bar restaurant cleaning staff were friendly and very approachable. You have an excellent team spirit within your team meaning we had an fabulous experience well done Liverpool Hilton we will be back.
