Everything was good. Just the fact when we checked in they said I didn’t pay yet. I did… 3 months ago. They said it doesn’t show that I paid in their system. Then they have to take 10 mins checking to see if I paid… seriously.

Nice hotel in a great location

My wife and I booked one night in this hotel at short notice (the day before) and indicated that we we would prefer an accessible room as my wife is in a wheelchair and cannot walk at all. Unfortunately this was not available but the reception team went out of their way to find us an alternative room to best meet our needs. The room was a nice size and very comfortable but my wife did have a bit of difficulty in accessing the small en-suite bathroom in her wheelchair in order to use the toilet. The shower over bath was a definite no no for her. We had a “corner” room looking out towards the Mersey and the view of the Liver Building etc was quite spectacular. We very much appreciated the disabled parking space outside the hotel entrance. We would definitely stay here again.

It was an absolutely beautiful hotel located very close to The Royal Albert Docks and close to all the amenities. It was a family friendly hotel. Definitely recommend.
