Otelin lokasyonu oldukça iyi ancak hijyen konusunda çok başarısız. banyo neredeyse temizlenmemiş, iki kişilik oda için yalnız bir adet yüz havlusu konup, banyo havlusu bile konmamış, çarşaflar leke içindeydi. son derece memnuniyetsiz ayrıldık.

It was an awful room very bad smell and dirty, I couldn't stand to stay there. I asked for changing the room, the staff were nice and helpful the change the room for me but still same problem bad smell and a dirty room. It was a nightmare in this hotel.

Daha ben bu kadar pis bir otelde kaldığımı hatırlamıyorum. Odalarda ve yatakta yastıkta berbat bir koku var ve duvarlar sırf ayak izi. Banyoda hiç temizlik yapılmamış. Her taraf saç ve kıl içindeydi. Personel gayet ilgisizdi.

Oda kirliydi. Tuvalet kağıdı, şampuan, havlu odada eksikti ancak resepsiyondan istenince getirildi. Kahvaltıda yer alan ürün çeşidi az ve ürünler bayattı. Otoparkı olması güzel ancak otel çalışanları aracınızı kendileri park edip çıkarıyor anahtar sürekli resepsiyonda kalıyor.

Nice hotel in the city center

My room was rooftop and well organized. Breakfast was really nice and foods were deli. Checkin and checkout process were so short. If I come again, I'll prefer it.

Berbat bir geceydi iyi ki bir gecelik ayırtmışım..

Odalar berbattı bilhassa sigara kokusundan miğdem bulandı. Ben uyarmama rağmen oda değişikliği yapıldı gene bana sigara içilmiş oda verdiler.. Birde gitmeden öncenoto parkınız varmı diye sordum aracı tarif ettimhalde gelin gelin hallederiz dediler sonra bu araç uygun değil diyerek almadılar bende mecburen oraya enyakın 300 metre uzaklıktaki yere parkettim Yani tekkelimeyle berbattı..!
