Luckily, I only stayed for one night, but this was without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff were not very welcoming, and the room did not feel comfortable at all. On top of that, it was extremely hot — there was no way to turn off or lower the heating, so it felt like being in a sauna. I definitely cannot recommend this place. This is the first time I’ve written a hotel review, but I felt I needed to share my experience. It was absolutely not worth the money.

Customer service was decent overall. We booked a suite that included a sofa bed, but it wouldn’t open. When we asked for help, the staff said they didn’t know how to fix it, and the second time we were told housekeeping was closed. The hotel really needs to improve on customer satisfaction. There was also loud construction outside around 10 a.m. for about two hours, plus constant noise from other rooms — we honestly only got about three hours of sleep each night. Breakfast was okay, and the rooms were fairly clean. I’d only recommend this hotel if you’re just passing through or on the go — I definitely wouldn’t stay here with family.

Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Aşırı çeşitli değil ama yeterli. Omlet yapılıyor taze taze. Resepsiyondan restorana, ve vale tarafında çalışanlar çok kibar, ve yardımseverdi. Oda temizdi, ancak bazı noktalarda eksiklikler var. Duşun suyu bazen birikme yapıyordu. Yatak kenarında ki anahtarlardan odanın tüm ışıkları kapatılamıyordu. Onun dışında otantik, görece de nostaljik, tatlı, Kızılay merkezde güzel bir otel. Vale hizmeti mevcut.

Hijyenden çok uzak, temiz değil. Tebrübem; ilk odaya geldim yüzümü yıkadım tam havluyla kurulayacağım, yüz havlularının üzerinde lekeler var. Resepsiyona havluların kirli olduğunu ilettim, başka havlu getirdiler onlarda lekeli. Yatağın üstündeki örtü yastıklar bırak uyumayı dokunmak istemeyeceğim türden. Valizini açmadı , başka otelde kaldım.

Kahvaltısız seçenek tercih ettik. Bizi suite odada ağırladılar. Personel gayet ilgiliydi. Kızılay merkeze çok yakın. Yemek yenebilecek restaurantların bulunduğu caddede. Yine de araba trafiğinin yoğun olmadığı bir cadde olduğu için gürültü gelmiyor. Oda konforlu, klima gayet iyi çalışıyor.

Otelin konumu ve merkeze yakınlığı çok iyidi, ulaşımı kolaydı ve ailecek konakladık . Araçla geldik ve otoparkta sorun yaşamadık. Vale hizmeti, oda temizliği ve kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi. 2 tane problem yaşadık biricisi yatakları bence çok kötü içine göçüyor ikincisi ise sürekli odamıza sigara kokusu geldi ve rahatsız edici yedi.

Wir (Ehepaar) hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sowie das gesamte Hotel waren sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Service: Als es spät in der Nacht etwas lauter wurde, durften wir unkompliziert das Zimmer tauschen – dafür ein großes Dankeschön! Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels war zudem sehr zentral, was für uns ideal war, um alles schnell zu erreichen. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
