Check your room this is unacceptable

Almost a 30 minute wait after check in time to be allowed to check in. Vagrants outside thw main doors drinking alcohol and smoking. Not an inviting place never bring your family here. We slept in our clothes ontop of the nedding and xovered the pillows with article of clothing. Hallway smelled of cigarette/ marijuana most of our stay. We may have been a little over cautious but nothing about this room made me think it had been cleaned in weeks. We stayed the forst night out of necessity but left around 1030 the second night. I never make comments but this was unacceptable!
