This was my first and my last time staying at this property. It was old, dirty, and had a musky smell. It is clear the owners of this property do not care about it. Everything is old and worn out. They didn’t have enough pillows. They didn’t have a hair dryer. They do not clean the rooms daily or at all. The best part about my stay is that it is over.

The facilities were dirty, there were little pieces of trash everywhere; even cockroaches in the room. There were no blankets in the room. It also smelled really bad. As of someone burnt their food in there. The complimentary breakfast was hot water and coffee. Oatmeal packets and fatty muffins completed the offerings. The night shift concierge was amazing, super kind and nice.

For me, it was adequate for my 4nite stay. I did not plan to spend many waking hours in the room. The bathroom had not been cleaned prior to my arrival (i,e., 1/2 used shampoo bottle & 1 used bar of soap). Only a thin blanket & bedcover for warmth (the low temp was in the low 40s). The bedside wall sconce lamp was not functioning. The window heater worked well. The 1irst floor room was quiet. There were some sparse breakfast items available (hot cereal choices), but since I was meeting people for meals, I didn’t partake. They did permit late 2 hour late checkout. If I was with any traveling companion, I would probably not stay there.

Very economical choice, with kitchenettes, but housekeeping more than once in two weeks is a charge. The staff are efficient and accommodating and they will swap you clean towels and linens. They have kits of kitchen stuff like plates or utensils available. There is a frequent bus to Downtown and Central Campus, a six-minute walk away at “The Ride” bus stop in the Briarwood Mall parking lot. You can pay for a $3 day pass on your phone and just show the bus driver. Much easier
