Notre chambre était très petite vieillotte et sans aucun charme, le lit double aurait dû être changé depuis de nombreuses années car c’est une torture de dormir dedans… Pas vraiment de service à disposition (un frigo vide et pas très propre) et une tv…

La chambre réservée initialement nous a été refusée sous prétexte d'une histoire d'assurances ... Elle comportait pourtant un lit double mais nous avons eu l'obligation d'ajouter 70€ pour accéder à une chambre triple sommaire ... sans quoi nous n'avions pas de solution, très peu arrangeant. Dommage. La carte de parking offrant soi-disant le stationnement de la nuit n'a jamais fonctionné. Vraiment dommage.

Nous sommes désolés vous avez réservé une chambre single et vous vouliez l'occuper à deux!!! Il nous semble difficile d'être tenu responsable de vos propres turpitudes. Pour le parking avez vous contacté l'agent à l'entrée? Vos commentaires nous semblent malvenus Bien cordialement
